The MEF proudly recognizes with sincere appreciation members whose outstanding contributions and generous leadership demonstrates a commitment to the execution of the MEF’s mission. As a volunteer organization, our success depends largely on contributors like these whose participation and expertise drive the MEF. The MEF Board of Directors recently approved a new Member Recognition Awards Program with two distinct elements as discussed below. Each quarter, after the successful closing of letter ballots and approval of new specifications by the Board of Directors, Technical Committee Editors will be recognized for their leadership and achievements. It was decided that this program would commence July 1, 2011, the commencement of the MEF's 2012 fiscal year, and as such, we are listing the recipients from that point forward at this time. Shortly, we will be updating our web pages to reflect the Editors dating back to the first MEF specifications. Recognized editors will receive a framed certificate and a gift, in addition to a letter of appreciation to their manager. Following are the recognized editors from July 1, 2011 to the present:
